While we strive to provide high-quality service and expert-level guidance, Your HubSpot Expert makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcome or performance of your HubSpot platform following our services.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, timely, and complete information needed to complete services
Ensure all third-party systems (including HubSpot) are licensed and authorized for use
Test and verify system behavior before using it in live environments
Maintain appropriate backups and internal processes for data integrity and compliance
You are responsible for how your internal teams use the HubSpot platform after training and implementation are completed
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Your HubSpot Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to our services.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your HubSpot Expert from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use or misuse of HubSpot or our services.
Your HubSpot Expert agrees to keep all proprietary and sensitive business information confidential. However, we are not liable for data breaches or system failures related to third-party platforms, including HubSpot, or integration tools used at your request.
We recommend clients maintain internal data privacy protocols and comply with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Integrations and automation involving third-party platforms are implemented based on the Client’s direction and may be subject to limitations outside of our control. We do not warrant functionality, uptime, or accuracy of third-party platforms or APIs.
All service fees are stated in USD and are payable as outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Services are non-refundable once delivery has commenced. For one-time services like audits, payment is due upfront.
Failure to pay may result in project delays, service suspension, or legal action.
For consulting calls, training sessions, or onboarding meetings:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
Missed or late appointments may not be rescheduled without additional charges.
All documentation, templates, and deliverables provided by Your HubSpot Expert remain the intellectual property of Your HubSpot Expert unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your business use.
Your HubSpot Expert reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
