How is this different from HubSpot’s own support?

What hours can we buy?
Retainers start at 10 hours ($1,500/mo) and scale through 20 ($3,000), 30 ($4,500, most popular), 50 ($7,500), and custom enterprise tiers. Full detail at /how-we-work.
How fast do you respond?
Same-day reply for requests received before 12 PM CST. By noon next business day for requests received after.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. We work month-to-month on a rolling basis. No long-term contracts. If you need us, we are here. If you do not, you are not locked in.
Do unused hours roll over?
Hours expire at end of billing period. If you consistently underuse, we recommend dropping to a smaller tier. We will not sell you more than you need.
Can you train our in-house admin?
Yes. Many of our clients eventually hire an in-house admin. We train them and transition out, then stay available for overflow and advanced projects.
